Simple Double Chin Exercises

Fat deposits in the area of your chin can create a double chin. Fat gets stored there just like it does in other areas of your body. Having chin fat can be embarrassing and unsightly. The first exercise that you can try is really easy and can be done right before you go to bed. When you lie down, turn on one side and stretch your neck back. Be careful when you do this; you do not want to stretch to far or two hard. Be gentle. Another popular exercise is sticking your tongue out. To do this, you just need to open your mouth as wide as possible, and then stick your tongue out as far as you can. This is very effective.
